An absolute favorite from The Great Wine Experience with exquisite bubbles paired with delicious handcrafted gourmet cakes from the exquisite pastry bakery Leckerbaer in Copenhagen. Leckerbaer is a visionary and creative gourmet pastry bakery located in the Østerbro area of Copenhagen. The bakery is the brainchild of two pastry chefs, Gabi and Jakob Baer Mogensen, who both have extensive experience in the Scandinavian Michelin-Star scene.
In the course of the evening we will taste 7 kinds of bubbles from Marche in Italy, Pfalz in Germany, Catalonia in Spain and of course Champagne in France. You can look forward to a festive tasting session with sparkling wines of all kinds; white as well as rosé, sparkling wine and from spumante, pétillant naturel to champagne. Learn more about degrees of sweetness, production methods and find out what expressions such as blanc de noirs, charmat and dégorgement mean.
The wines will be individually paired with the most delicious gourmet cakes for the pastry chefs at Leckerbaer, and will awaken all taste sensations and compliment the bubbles

Deluxe wine tasting: Bubbles and gourmet cakes at Nordic design showroom EDDA Studio
We meet at the Nordic design showroom EDDA Studio located in Nordhavn in the up-and-coming area of Copenhagen called "Århusgadekvarteret". After a delicious welcome glass of bubbles, you will be seated at a wonderful dining table from Thors Design, beautifully crafted from iron wood salvaged from the harbor around greater Copenhagen.
The gallery exhibits the best of Nordic interior design and is the perfect setting for a deluxe tasting session.
We have the entire place to ourselves and you are invited to experience the 250 square meters of art, craft, and design furniture.
